Doves Nurseries began with a simple vision: to create a warm, nurturing, home‑from‑home environment where children feel loved, supported, and inspired every day. With a background in childcare and teaching, Leanne opened her first nursery in 2006 ~ a place she could shape with her own values at the centre. Fresh, healthy meals, spacious outdoor play areas, animals to care for, and a whole lot of love quickly became the foundations of the Doves ethos.
In 2016, The Club House was launched to offer high‑quality before‑ and after‑school care, along with fun, engaging holiday play schemes. As demand grew, so did the need for a dedicated nursery space. In 2020, Doves Corner was created and merged with The Club House, giving families the convenience of a true one‑stop drop for both nursery and school‑aged children all year round.
Today, the combination of our nursery and wraparound care means siblings can learn, play, and grow within the same trusted setting — a seamless experience for families and a consistent, comforting environment for children.
Our team is made up of highly qualified, passionate professionals, including degree‑trained practitioners, Early Years Professional Status holders, and Level 5 early childhood specialists. Every member of staff is DBS‑checked and trained in paediatric first aid and food hygiene, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
